The short version
This site does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no cookies. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled, and there is no account to create.
What the site stores on your device
One thing, and only for the length of your visit: a note in your browser's session storage remembering that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay every time you move between pages. It contains no personal information, it never leaves your device, and it is discarded when you close the tab.
What others record when you visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the photographs are served from Sanity's image CDN. Like any web host, both keep short-lived technical logs of requests — an IP address, the page or image asked for, a timestamp and a browser user-agent — which they use to serve the site and to defend it against abuse. The studio does not receive these logs and cannot identify you from them.
Getting in touch
If you email or call the studio, whatever you send is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to carry out any work that follows. It is used for nothing else. It is never sold, and it is never passed to anyone outside the studio except where a commission plainly requires it — a printer or a second photographer on the day, for instance — or where the law requires it.
The newsletter field in the footer sends nothing at present. If you subscribe once it is running, your address will be used to send the newsletter and nothing else, and every message will carry a way to stop receiving it.
Photographs of people
The work shown here is published with the agreement of the people who commissioned it. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would rather not, write to the studio and it will be taken down.
Your rights
You can ask what the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the studio and it will be dealt with. Because the site collects nothing on its own, in most cases the answer will be that there is nothing to hand over.
